Self Center Facilities
The Self Center, P.C. is adjacent to the Thomas Hospital campus, our physical address is 306 South Greeno Road - Suite A, Fairhope, Alabama, 36532. The clinic is 4,500 square feet of a 9000 sq ft brick building that is designed to accommodate all patients, regardless of size or handicap. The building has a large parking lot that connects to the entrance; ramp entry designed for handicapped and wheelchair access which is covered by a two car portico.
We have a large, comfortable reception room with décor designed to make patients feel very comfortable without the usual sterile appearance of a doctor's office. Our conference room No. 1 is equipped with table and chairs to accommodate 10-12 people for meetings, teleconferences and presentations. It is equipped with presentation equipment as well as cable television which can be used for patient education purposes.
We have two offices, in addition to the research room complete with copier designated for clinical research monitors with access to telephone, teleconferences as well as computer outlets with DSL.
Our laboratory is a well equipped, blood drawing station complete with regular centrifuge as well as refrigerated centrifuge. We use skilled phlebotomist to insure patients comfort and safety.
