New Medical Service

Dr. Self is accepting new patients for primary medical care in addition to his resarch, weight loss program and cosmetic practice.  Same day or next day appointments are the usual...only adults 18 years or older.  Most insurance plans are accepted.  For an appointment or information call 251-928-8760.
